Sealed Chase Disclaimer

Each Apex Curations artwork release is produced in an extremely limited quantity consisting of:

• 1 x Textured Shiny 1/1 Chase Edition
• 4 x Numbered Holographic Editions (1/4-4/4)

New releases launch every Friday at 7:00PM (UK Time) and remain available for a 7-day release window.

At 7:00PM (UK Time) the following Friday, the release window closes and the artwork will be removed from the website until further notice.

All editions are inserted randomly into official Apex Curations tamper-sealed packaging prior to sale.

The artwork title will be displayed on the underside of the sealed package. However, the specific edition contained inside remains completely unknown until opened.

Once sealed, neither collectors nor Apex Curatkons can identify which edition is contained within a package.

Each sealed purchase therefore has an equal opportunity of containing the exclusive 1/1 textured shiny chase edition.

Every order also includes an A5 art print featuring the artwork from that release.

Apex Curations may offer two purchase options depending on the release:

Standard Release - £150

Includes:

• 1 randomly distributed sealed artwork edition

• 1 A5 art print

Signed A5 Chase Release - £200

Includes:

• 1 randomly distributed sealed artwork edition 

• 1 A5 art print 

• The chance to receive an exclusive signed A5 art print 

Signed A5 art prints may feature signatures from actors or voice actors. 

Signed A5 chase prints are inserted randomly and are not guaranteed. 

Signed chase prints are only available during selected promotional releases and are not included with standard releases. 

Important Notice

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

• All artwork editions are distributed randomly inside sealed packaging 

• Specific editions cannot be requested or guaranteed 

• Tamper sealed must remain intact until opened by the collector 

• Signed A5 chase prints are randomly inserted and not guaranteed 

• Opened or tampered products cannot be exchanged or refunded based on edition received

Due to the randomised sealed nature of Apex Curations products, refunds or exchanges cannot be issued based on the edition, variant, or chase item received.

All sales are final in accordance with our refund policy.
