All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after purchase unless otherwise stated during a specific drop.

During high demand releases or limited drops, processing times may take slightly longer due to order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where applicable.

All Apex Curations orders are shipped using tracked and signed delivery services to ensure every collectible arrives safely and securely. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 

Apex Curations is not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customer. 

Lost or delayed packages 

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, Apex Curations is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier issues.
