Random Distribution Process
To ensure fairness and transparency for all collectors, Apex Curations uses a live random distribution system.
Each artwork drop will launch at 7:00 PM (UK Time). Once the drop goes live, a 48-hour purchase window begins. This allows all collectors the opportunity to enter before the random allocation process takes place.
After the 48-hour purchase window has closed, all eligible collectors will be entered into a random selection process.
The allocation will take place during a recorded live stream on the official Apex Curations Instagram page (@apex.curations). During the live stream, the following process will take place.
A digital wheel containing the names of all eligible collectors will be spun.
The selected collector will then be assigned an art piece by spinning a second wheel containing all the available editions:
• 1/1 Alt Art Textured Shiny Edition
• 1/4 Edition
• 2/4 Edition
• 3/4 Edition
• 4/4 Edition
Once a collector and edition have been selected, both will be removed from the wheels.
This process will continue until all art pieces from that drop have been assigned.
The live stream will remain available on the @apex.curations Instagram page for up to 48 hours after the event. After this period, the recording may be removed from Instagram and archived within the official Apex Curations Discord community, where collectors can view the full allocation process if they missed the live broadcast.
Apex Curations reserves the right to conduct the allocation process using digital randomisation tools during a recorded live event to ensure fairness and transparency.
